Happy bloomin Tuesday!

Crash has been really busy this year guarding the garden.
So I gave him a break as I take photos of some of my blooms.

This is my elephant ear garlic in bloom.
I took some before dawn photos too. As I am trying to learn to take night photos.
I have Loosestrife 'Firecracker' (Lysimachia ciliata 'Firecracker')
It has the yellow flower to the left of the photo.
Center in ball form is Elephant Ear Garlic
Right is Hosta Abiqua Drinking Gourd'
It adds a more enchanted look with water droplets here and there.

Hey there - lovely blooms around your garden. Yes, it is almost grandbaby season for us both. They've moved back my daughter's due date to around August 8th. My other daughter is getting married August 22nd, so we are praying that little boy comes a week or so early! Hope all goes well with your little one!

Your garlic is amazing. My garden is way behind you- my cone flower is not ready to bloom yet. Beautiful shots.

Crash looks like he's enjoying the rest. :) The garden looks great. 'Abiqua Drinking Gourd' is one of my favorites. We put it in our garden after seeing it in the Missouri Botanical Garden. ~~Rhonda

I've been trying to get better at night photos, but just hate setting a tripod, which is the only sure way to get good ones. The Firecracker Loostrife is such a simple but beautiful flower.

Good morning!!! How is the birthday girl today? What lovely growth you have, sorry its so hot (hot here too, but in TX thats expected). Your loosestrife is different than mine (mine blooms pink), loving this little yellow bloom. Pretty cone flower, garlic is something I need to grow here (but my mom has plenty), the first garlic blooms look like a Mickey Mouse head:)
Have a great day today:)
