When I first began painting my stones, people told me I should paint bigger things to gain more credibility; I bought some canvasses, but they didn't appeal to me at the time. I think, then, I needed the meditative quality of working small in a confined space. Now, I enjoy bigger things, too. But I sometimes teach classes called "Stone Painting as Meditation" and people love doing that - it is almost like doing a mandala.

Have a great week with truth!becky nielsenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16275457418436757436noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1348163283182498310.post-13535762021353969862009-09-26T03:22:42.091-05:002009-09-26T03:22:42.091-05:00hey Grammy you are doing great on this project too...hey Grammy you are doing great on this project too I see!Melindahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17598928046422992165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1348163283182498310.post-28831675401064057292009-09-26T01:29:16.790-05:002009-09-26T01:29:16.790-05:00My brain never shuts up either!
