It is that time of year. The temps go up and down, so your seed potatoes start to sprout. I did a video showing how to re hydrate them. So the will be good for planting time this spring. I really look forward to spring. It is my favorite time of the year.

Favorite season? Spring after the dark and cold of winter, I just love seeing the fresh green - everywhere.
I'll try and send spring to you as soon as I can. I think the cooler weather would be very appreciated here right now. We have come home and are busy watering everything xx
