#trust30 fear

These are the voices which we hear in solitude, but they grow faint and inaudible as we enter into the world. Society everywhere is in conspiracy against the manhood of every one of its members. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Is fear holding you back from living your fullest life and being truly self expressed? Put yourself in the shoes of the you who’s already lived your dream and write out the answers to the following:
Is the insecurity you’re defending worth the dream you’ll never realize? or the love you’ll never venture? or the joy you’ll never feel?
Will the blunder matter in 10 years? Or 10 weeks? Or 10 days? Or 10 minutes?
Can you be happy being anything less than who you really are?
Now Do. The Thing. You Fear.
(Author: Lachlan Cotter)
This challenge is getting pretty deep. We all have some thing that holds up back. And I have to admit I have quite a few things.  One is a copper head snake that showed up in the yard at this home. It prevented me from gardening . And it may still be burred deep in my thoughts.  I do not have a fear of them, I just have mouse written on my forehead. Or the sense something in me that says bite me. Even when I owned and ran a pet store back in the early 90's the ball pythons, would strike at me through the glass.

I know my life would be completely different if I could lay down my anxiety and fears. I am working on learning why I have some. And will work on releasing them. I am learning from asking my self questions. I can go deeper to find the root cause.
Why do I feel .......... ?
Why can I not get over .......?
What can I do to change.......?
These are some sample of questing to ask your self so you can find the answers you need. It is some time best to get your own advice. But it is amazing when the universe sends you the answer.
Have a wonderful day and remember to laugh and play.Photobucket

A very interesting post to read. I've always had a fascination for reptiles but wouldn't be too thrilled at having a copperhead in my garden.

Greeatings! I believe people who work with themselves are amazing. It is not an easy task! But it is a far better option to hide from your truth and you gain a wonderful gift clarity. Who i am? Where i am heading? Where do i actually want to go?
Brightest blessing, love and light!
