THANKFUL THURSDAY Rescue

What an amazing coincidence
Ires has the rescue theme for this week.
And look what happened in the last half hour.
I get a call with a sad voice on the other end.
I know from the tone something bad has happened.
My daughter Amy said. You will not believe what this awful person did tonight.
My mind went wild with what happened. Are you ok.
She said" A truck driver told her some one was dumping in there dumpster at the truck stop".
So thinking it was trash she did not worry to much.
But she made sure to take the trash out as she left work.
And this was the thing she found.
This little guy is maybe 4-5 weeks. And hungry.
She brought him buy and crash made him feel welcome
Out went the daddy tung and took away this little guys fears.
He started eating some watered cat food.
And I gave her some dawn blue dish washing liquid.
This is a safe way to kill fleas and ticks with out harm.
Now my grandson will have a new kitty and he will not be crushed in the trash truck tomorrow.
I am so thankful my love for animals rubbed off on my kids.
They both rescue animals and people.
I am very blessed to see this.

Seriously, who could throw a living thing in the trash? Good job to your daughter for saving the poor little kitty.

Oh..what a cutie,..my husband loves animals too and if only he has means and ways, he will rescue all the wandering cats in our neighborhood (which is a lot)

Your daughter has a very good soul!!

Oh I've never seen such a sweet adult male cat as Crash. Thank goodness your daughter saved that poor little baby.

As for the person who put a living being in a trash can? See if you can remember what I wrote at the end of my post yesterday. Arrgh.
