Love the turkey cartoon :) I don't normally do turkey for Christmas and I haven't really had turkey for about twenty years but reading about you guys over there having turkeys for thanks giving and Christmas I'm really keen to do one for my family this Christmas I think I might need a few pointers on making it nice and juicy, I use to think turkey was quiet dry. If you have any tips you could send my way I would appreciate them :)
