A family that plays together

Remember the saying "a family that plays together stays together"
You have to remember even though your kids are grown and have kids of there own. They still enjoy having fun with you.
My youngest daughter Tessa came by today with her family. And we took a drive to Bagnel Dam. It was a beautiful day. The gulls were all over

The water looked blue sparkled like glitter. The banks still spotted with a bit of snow.

The side water in streams was still frozen. We found an eagle nest on the ground, by the Osage river and decided to have a bit of fun. I told then to get in and I would take a picture of them in there nest. It was not a real birds nest it was set up to display the size.

Then the fun began Scott decided to feed Tessa like a bird would feed there young. We could not stop laughing.
So then it was my turn. Me and my baby. Of course I had to try to feed her too.
She is expecting our next grand baby due July 28, 09 So we managed to make her smile .
I did manage to get some great eagle photos too. But I will keep you in suspense till camera critters on Saturday. So stay tuned. And have a great week.
Cullen stayed home with Papaw as he has an ear infection and did not feel well. He did not mind eating all of papaws chips . At first he was camera shy then he purked up a bit.

I am glad you are taking time to play. Your daughter looks so happy! And her hubby too. Little Cullen looks like he's having fun too, even with an ear infection.
Happy february!

I also believe that a family that prays, plays and paints together stays together. Our adult children continue to visit us and we have dinners together during week-ends.
We also go to chiurch together when they are home on some Sundays. We also take trips and cruises together. When they were growing up they prefer to join their peers. Now they love our company. What a surprise! Thanks for sharing your lovely family.
