Life at the lake

Last Sunday my youngest Daughter came to visit. And we took a ride to the Lake of the Ozarks. To see the Osage river and the lake. To our surprise we were being watched at all times. It was either a gull, a turkey buzzard or Eagle. They all took turns watching over us.. So we decided to look back.Oh dear. The Paparazzi are here again.
Just when we were having so much fun people watching
Oh Hon, Look I think I see a fish in the Osage river.

Great story Grammy. Very creative and funny! Thanks for your visit. But it was not a magpie in my photo. It was a goose, a Magpie_Goose, they live in Australia.

Great catch. Thank goodness for a zoom lens otherwise we'd never get a closer look at some of wildlife around us. I'm a bit jealous - you get Bald Eagles and I got goosed.

Best way to get the kids to leave the nest - feed them regurgitated meals.

FANTASTIC PICS!
We have eagles here in Lake Don Pedro but I've never been able to photgraph them. You have to actually get on the lake in winter (augh- cold!) to do that.
My soon-to-be- ex and I nearly moved to Jefferson City, Mo a long time ago. It's beautiful there.
