I have not made a wish for a while now.
But today is a big one.
I wish to stop taking antidepressants.
I have now made it on 1/2 dose
One week as of Monday.
You may ask why I am publicly announcing this.
Like any other addiction you need the support of friends to help you stop.
Lexapro
Lexapro
Is addictive. It has the least amount of side affects.
While using it for depression.
While using it for depression.
And was a life savor.
But the withdraw is awful.
But the withdraw is awful.
The drug company's say it is discontinuation syndrome,
because they do not want to admit it is withdraw.
They do not tell you of the brain zaps and your inability to walk straight or function for up to 8-9 month.
I so hope it will not take this long for my brain to start accepting my own serotonin again.
But in the mean time
I could use all the positive support of friends I can get.
Thank you for your well wishes
Have a wonderful day and remember to laugh and play.

I think many of has have to overcome addictions, be it to medication, to shopping, to mind states such as judging and blaming..., etc. I find it helpful to clearly know (feel) what you desire instead.
May you be free and know your true beautiful Self!
Sending hugs, love, and support! :]

I recently took myself ALL my Migraine meds. I get it. A long time ago I used Prozac and Immepremene...then I tried to commit suicide witrh those same drugs. I decided then, no pills jsut thrills. I started living and enjoying life, finding behavioral modification and other ways with herbs and other things to get what I needed without meds. I beleive in you
