#trust30 fear

These are the voices which we hear in solitude, but they grow faint and inaudible as we enter into the world. Society everywhere is in conspiracy against the manhood of every one of its members. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
Is fear holding you back from living your fullest life and being truly self expressed? Put yourself in the shoes of the you who’s already lived your dream and write out the answers to the following:
Is the insecurity you’re defending worth the dream you’ll never realize? or the love you’ll never venture? or the joy you’ll never feel?
Will the blunder matter in 10 years? Or 10 weeks? Or 10 days? Or 10 minutes?
Can you be happy being anything less than who you really are?
Now Do. The Thing. You Fear.
(Author: Lachlan Cotter)
This challenge is getting pretty deep. We all have some thing that holds up back. And I have to admit I have quite a few things.  One is a copper head snake that showed up in the yard at this home. It prevented me from gardening . And it may still be burred deep in my thoughts.  I do not have a fear of them, I just have mouse written on my forehead. Or the sense something in me that says bite me. Even when I owned and ran a pet store back in the early 90's the ball pythons, would strike at me through the glass.

I know my life would be completely different if I could lay down my anxiety and fears. I am working on learning why I have some. And will work on releasing them. I am learning from asking my self questions. I can go deeper to find the root cause.
Why do I feel .......... ?
Why can I not get over .......?
What can I do to change.......?
These are some sample of questing to ask your self so you can find the answers you need. It is some time best to get your own advice. But it is amazing when the universe sends you the answer.

#trust30 ... spread your personal message

To believe your own thought, to believe that what is true for you in your private heart is true for all men, that is genius. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
What is burning deep inside of you? If you could spread your personal message RIGHT NOW to 1 million people, what would you say?
(Author: Eric Handler)
I would have to say.
We are all just people trying to do our best, to live the life we are given.
It is time for us all to learn to get along.
Be your best self. Lay down your hate, learn to love every one.
Lay down your judgment both toward yourself and others.
Stop fighting and start loving every one including your self.
We are all alike there are many differences in our outer appearances,
but we all have a good loving kind soul.
Let your soul lead you to do the right thing. Live, laugh, love you are a gift from above.
So enjoy your life. Let go of strife.
Let go of any and every thing that does not serve you in living a good life.

#trust 30 ...Afraid to Do

Afraid to Do. prompt by Mary JakschThe other terror that scares us from self-trust is our consistency; a reverence for our past act or word, because the eyes of others have no other data for computing our orbit than our past acts, and we are loath to disappoint them. - Ralph Waldo Emerson
Emerson says: “Always do what you are afraid to do.” What is ‘too scary’ to write about? Try doing it now.
I could easily write about anything. I do not write about religion or politics. As those subjects have to may things that cause other people to become angered. Or start wars.

I do have to say I do not like being attacked for my beliefs. I respect every one else and wish for the same.
I could write about my fears.

But I do not know what good would come of it. Only I can learn to over come them. No one else could make me get on a roller coaster. Or wave a magic wand and take away things that cause me fear.

#Trust 30 Five Years

There will be an agreement in whatever variety of actions, so they be each honest and natural in their hour. – Ralph Waldo Emerson
What would you say to the person you were five years ago?
I would have to say this is not the end of life. It is the beginning of self renewal. The first steps to a rebirth of spirit. Lesions of life will be analyzed. You will learn all the issues you have dealt with have made you a stronger person. Even though you feel hopeless and helpless. You will use these life lessons to find your true purpose in this life. You will learn to make your self happy and know what is relevant and what matters the most. You will find that loosing your mind will open you up to what is truly important in life. This will all become a blessing in disguise. You will the feel passion , and radiate love. Happiness will be required not optional. You will learn to look at things with new eyed. Leaving all judgment to those who wish to play head games.

What will you say to the person you’ll be in five years?
This is a hard one. But I assume ,I would say I am glad you are happy , because I woke up.  I am sure I will be much wiser and yet still learning.

#Trust30 , DAY 2 POST

Your genuine action will explain itself, and will explain your other genuine actions. Your conformity explains nothing. The force of character is cumulative. – Ralph Waldo Emerson, Self-Reliance

15 Minutes to Live

We are afraid of truth, afraid of fortune, afraid of death, and afraid of each other. Our age yields no great and perfect persons. – Ralph Waldo Emerson

You just discovered you have fifteen minutes to live.1. Set a timer for fifteen minutes.
2. Write the story that has to be written.
Wow, I would have to tell my kids and hubby I love them, and I am grateful to have them in my life. I would have to call my dad and say good by. My friends would have to get an I love you too. I would have such a hard time just finding the words to write on paper. I do not know if I could use my last 15 minute of life writing.
I would want to see the sun shining one last time. I would want a hug.  This challenge is something I have to decline in the form of written words.   Because the selfish me would want to see, touch taste feel. One more bite of chocolate. One more look into every ones eyes.
One more blog post to tell you all. I love you too. This would be my extent of writing. I need every one to know how much your kind and loving words have brought joy to my life. I think this is the most important thing in life. Share the love.
As for words of wisdom. I would let my grand kids know.
Life is full of test. Some refer to them as problems.
If you just treat each instance as a learning lesson. As in what do I do. The answer to some things is nothing. Just let it be. It will pass. Do not take any thing personal. And do not waste your life. Thinking you are a victim of any one.
This thought leads you to a life as a slave to this thought.
Then one day you wake up and find. You gave up your entire life to something that happened 40 years ago. You must learn asap.  You do not want to become the slave to your negative thoughts.
Ps, Amy calls and tells me to write She gets every thing. :)

NOTE: This is a 30 day challenge of writing prompts.
