I have never seen a female yellow cardinal before.They are normally not this color.
Every one is standing there ground. I mean bush. lol

I THINK those are Cedar Wax Wings. They came through here in a swoop one day and filled the trees. They are beautiful!

Grammy, that is a female Cardinal.. Look at her red beak. They do turn lightish brown in winter --and have a little bit of a yellow tint. Even our males lose their brilliant red color in winter.
